All numbers are computed live from append-only logs in the machine repo. Every send, post, click, and conversion is a git commit: the full history is auditable, timestamped, and tamper-evident.
Add a Clarity API token on the connect screen (Settings → Data Export in each Clarity project) to pull this in. Open Clarity ↗ for heatmaps and session recordings — those stay view-only there, no API for them.

Conversions come from logs/conversions.jsonl. If it's empty, wire the product's signup webhook (see README-analytics.md in the repo) or log them manually; everything else flows automatically.
